01 · Real-estate website, rebuilt end to end · 2026
A boutique Gurugram real-estate advisory had run on the same Wix template since 2019. I rebuilt it from scratch with Claude Code, without having written a line of production code before.

The problem
- The old site loaded fine, but it worked more like a brochure than a platform.
- There was no project catalog and no way to filter by budget or corridor.
- Nothing on it answered the questions a buyer has before spending crores on an apartment.
What I built
01
Dark editorial design
A visual language that matches how luxury property is actually marketed.
02
Live project catalog
Pricing, configurations and construction status for every project, managed from a CMS.
03
Search that matches intent
Filter by corridor, budget and status instead of scrolling a gallery.
04
Market-data blog
Articles on Gurugram appreciation and rental yields, built for buyers doing their homework.
05
Advisors on WhatsApp
Direct WhatsApp to an advisor, replacing a contact form nobody replied to.

The result
- Shipped and handed over to a happy client.
- The launch post reached 51,725 impressions on LinkedIn, my most-read post.
