02 · A 5-agent AI system that builds marketing journeys · 2026
A multi-agent system I built in Claude Code that takes a lifecycle campaign from brief to live workflow, with a human sign-off at every critical step.

People needed per campaign build
24–0 hrs
Brief to live journey, down from a week
The problem
- Every lifecycle journey meant a brief, copy, design, email templates, WhatsApp templates and a workflow.
- That took a 3-person team about a week per campaign.
- The handoffs between those steps were where funnels leaked.

15-day report
01
Orchestrator
Takes my inputs through a UI: the segment, the channels and the campaign type.
02
Architect
Writes a detailed brief and sends it to me on Slack for approval.
03
Content & Design
Calls Gemini for copy and NanoBanana for visuals, then posts the full content package on Slack for sign-off.
04
Implementation
Builds the email templates in HubSpot, submits WhatsApp templates to Meta and creates the HubSpot workflow. I review it, then switch it on.
05
Analyst
After 15 days, pulls the metrics, finds what's working and what isn't, and delivers a PDF report on Slack.
Stack · Claude Code · HubSpot API · Meta API · Slack · Google Workspace · Gemini
The result
- A 3-person, one-week campaign build became a 24 to 48 hour job for one person.
- Faster journey creation, fewer funnel leaks, and measurable improvements in counselling show-up rates, rebooking rates and conversions.
